We operate a dropshipping business model, which means we partner with carefully selected suppliers around the world to fulfill your orders. This allows us to offer a wider variety of products, but it also means that shipping and returns may have some unique considerations. This policy outlines our shipping practices, return procedures, and refund guidelines.

2. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Origin: Products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers, who are located in various countries, including the United States, China, and other global locations.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the supplier’s location, your destination, and the specific product ordered. We provide estimated shipping times on each product page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, holidays, global events). You will generally find the estimated shipping times to be between 7 and 25 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination, the weight/dimensions of the products, and the shipping method selected.
  • Order Tracking: We provide order tracking information whenever possible. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may not always be available for all shipping methods or all suppliers.
  • Multiple Shipments: Because your order may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping model, our return policy is subject to certain limitations. To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be significantly different from the product description or image.
    • The item must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • You must provide reasonable and valid proof of damage.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods.
    • Downloadable software or digital products.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Return Process:
    • Contact Us: Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem.
    • Return Authorization: We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions. Do not return any items without prior authorization from us.
    • Return Shipping: Depending on the supplier and the nature of the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with the correct return address (which may be the supplier’s address, not our address).
    • Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier (or by us, if applicable), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refund Options:
    • Full Refund: If your return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or significantly misrepresented item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
    • Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
    • Store Credit: We may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of the supplier (or us) receiving and approving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    While we don’t directly handle products, we choose reputable and top rated suppliers that provide high-quality products.
    We are committed to working with our suppliers to resolve issues with damaged or defective items. We will facilitate communication with the supplier and strive to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or partial refund. However, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, as the final decision rests with the supplier.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your building management (if applicable), and your local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
